Egg Tarts

my elective so far at prince of wales hospital can be summarised in 1 word = holiday ;)

with loads of time at hand, i baked and baked (and put on heaps of weight!). after watching some random stephen chow movie, i was inspired to bake egg tarts. in my opinion, it turned out quite well for a first timer :) hehe. proudnya.. : D
